Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that an application for eviction of respondent No.3 from the tenanted premises is pending consideration before the Rent Controlling Authority (RCA), Korba. However, the said Authority has not been able to dispose of the matter, therefore, the petitioner is

only seeking a direction for RCA, Korba to decide the application expeditiously.

3. Considering the fact that the petitioner's application is pending before the RCA, Korba, the writ petition is disposed of with direction to the said authority to consider and decide the petitioner's application, by a speaking order, in accordance with law within a period of 10 weeks.
