The challenge in the present Writ Petition is to the advertisement dated 11/07/2018 issued for filling up the post of Guest Faculty in History subject. 2.

In the first half, the State counsel was directed to seek instructions and on instructions he make a submission that the advertisement has since been acted upon and the selected candidates has already been granted an order of appointment as early as on 23/08/2018 and the selected candidates has also given joining on the same date.

Given the said facts that the advertisement has been acted upon and the selected candidates had been appointed, this Court is of the opinion that the present Writ Petition in its present form would not be sustainable and the same deserve to be and is accordingly dismissed. 4.

Reserving the right of the petitioner to approach the authorities concerned for redressal of his any other grievance so far as his monetary claims are concerned and thereafter if need be, the petitioner can approach the Writ Court.

With the aforesaid observation, the Writ Petition accordingly stands dismissed.
