Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner have been transferred from Pt. Jawahar Lal Nehru Memorial College, Raipur to the Medical College, Raigarh by order dated 23/08/2019. It is contended that the petitioner is still a probationer, therefore he cannot be placed under any transfer. He submits that mother of the petitioner is suffering with spine injury and she is being treated at Raipur, therefore petitioner's transfer may be cancelled.

Perusal of the document shows that the petitioner was appointed on probation on 9/07/2019 he is yet not been confirmed till date. Considering the fact, the medical document which is attached, it is

directed that the petitioner shall make a representation within a period of 15 days from today before the concerned respondent. If such representation is filed, same may be decided within a further period of 45 days.
