The challenge in the present Writ Petition is to the advertisement dated 24/07/2018 issued for filling up the post of Guest Faculty. 2.

Perusal of record itself would show that, the petitioner had participated in the various recruitment process and has been found selected and also been granted with an order of appointment on 29/08/2018.

In view of the fact that the petitioner has been granted appointment, this Court is of the opinion that nothing further remains to be adjudicated upon in the present Writ Petition.

Reserving the right of the petitioner to agitate any other grievance which the petitioner has by way of a fresh duly constituted petition for redressal of their grievance, the present Writ Petition in its present form stands dismissed as having become infructuous.
