1. The limited grievance of the Petitioner in the present writ petition is that inspite of there being a specific order passed by this High Court in WPC No. 1928 of 2019 which was disposed of on 17.06.2019. The Respondent No. 2 till date has not given final decision on the claim/ representation that the Petitioner has made.

2. The Counsel for the Petitioner, at this juncture, submits that he has approached the authorities atleast seven times and submitted all relevant documents in respect of his claim, yet claim has not been finalized till date.

3. Given the aforesaid facts & circumstances of the case, this Court is of the opinion that, no fruitful purpose would be served in keeping

-2the petition pending, rather ends of justice would meet if the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Managing Director of the Respondent No. 2 society to decide the claim of the petitioner at the earliest preferably within a period of 60 days as this High Court had earlier itself in June, 2019 granted and had made a similar directions.

4. It is made clear that such directions of this High Court would be applicable only in the event, if the claim of the petitioner has till date not been decided by the Managing Director. In case, if it has been decided, the Petitioner would have the liberty to take appropriate recourse.
