Counsel for the respondents submits that the order passed by this Court on 28.03.2019 passed in WP(S) No. 2213 of 2019 has since been complied with and the respondents have vide their order dated 17.07.2020 decided the claim of the petitioner and wherein after due consideration, the petitioner was found not entitled for the benefits as claimed for and the representation of the petitioner has been rejected. Given the fact that the respondents have now taken a decision, the order passed by this Court stands duly complied with. The right of the petitioner stands reserved to challenge the decision of the respondents dated 17.07.2020 by way of a fresh proceeding, if he so wants. Sd/- (P. Sam Koshy) JUDGE J-
