1. Heard.
2. The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner though was appointed in the year 1986 as Assistant Teacher, thereafter, after some years in the year 1992 she was transferred to the post of Hostel Superintendent and till 2019 she continued to be posted as Hostel Superintendent and during those period neither she was imparted with the training of teacher nor imparted teaching, therefore, she may not been able to discharge the teaching work, which may
hamper the teaching. It is stated that the petitioner may be given any other administrative work so that the work of the State is not suffered and the teaching is not damaged.

Considering the fair submission made by the petitioner that it contended that the petitioner is not been able to teach since she is working for more than 27 years as Hostel Superintendent and is aged about 60 years, it is directed that the representation of the petitioner Annexure P-8 which is pending with the respondents be decided within a further period of 60 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Till the representation of the petitioner is decided, the transfer order dated 12.07.2019, whereby she has been transferred to the School Education Department, in respect of the petitioner, shall not be given effect to.
