1. Heard on I.A. No. 01/2019, which is an application for cononation of delay in filing the MCC.

2. On due consideration and for the reasons mentioned in the application, delay of 63 days in filing the MCC is condoned.

3. Also heard on application for restoration of FA No. 209 of 2006 which was dismissed on 02.08. 2019 for want of prosecution.

4. For the reasons mentioned in the application which is duly supported with an affidavit of Inder Lal Agrawal, I am satisfied that sufficient cause has been shown for restoration of FA No. 209 of 2006.

5. Accordingly, MCC is allowed and FA No. 209 of 2006 is restored to its original number.

6. A copy of this order be placed in the original file of FA No. 209 of 2006.
