At the outset, this court finds the writ petition to be not maintainable for the simple reason that none of the fundamental rights of the petitioner seems to have been infringed. The petitioner seems to have filed this writ petition without there being any action adversely affected the interest of the petitioner in any manner. Nor does the petitioner seem to have directly or indirectly related to the issue that he has raised in the present writ petition.
