Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that this petition may be disposed of reserving liberty in favour of the petitioner to make application to the Arbitration Tribunal for referring the matter to the court for initiation of proceedings under Section 27 (5) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
