1. The petitioners moved the writ petition before this Court with the following prayers:- "10.1 That, the order dated 24.10.2019 passed by respondent no. 1 & 2 may kindly be quashed.

10.2 That, the respondent may also be directed to allow the petitioner to take part in the ongoing bid and since the

tender itself does not restrict appointment of more than one applicant, the petitioner may kindly be given the just opportunity to be selected in accordance with the rules. 10.3 Any other relief which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper may also be passed in favour of the petitioner."

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the matter has become infructuous, he does not wish to press it at all.
