2. The petitioner has filed a representation before the Secretary, Panchayat and Rural Development Department on 11.9.2018 vide Annexure-P/1. However, the document does not carry any endorsement or receipt of the same by the concerned Secretary.
3. Let the petitioner move fresh representation before respondent No.3 within one month and thereafter the said respondent shall look into the matter and do the needful expeditiously.
