1. The Cr.M.P. under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. has been filed seeking for modification in the order passed in MCRC No. 9000 of 2018 so far as the police station wherein the present case has been registered is concerned.

2. Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, this Cr.M.P. is allowed.

3. It is ordered that in the order dated 26.11.2018 in MCRC 9000 of 2018 the Police Station in para 2 shall be read as 'Excise Circle Incharge Takhatpur, Police Station Takhatpur' in place of 'Police Station Takhatpur'.
