Since issue involved already stands covered by the decision rendered by this Court in the case of Shabnam Khatun Vs. State of Chhattisgarh and others in WPS No. 6147/2018 and which is not disputed by the counsel appearing on either side. Accordingly, the present writ petition deserves and is accordingly disposed off in similar terms as per the order in WPS No. 6147/2018 Shabnam Khatun (Supra).
