1. The limited grievance that the petitioner has in the present writ petition is that the petitioner has already made complaint to the respondent No.2 & 3 in respect of alleged encroachment on the Government land by the respondent No.4 measuring 3.00 acres at Khasra No. 139 & 140 situated at Village Bhatadabari Road, Near Nahar Nali, Pasid Tehsil Bilha, District Bilaspur.
2. Given the limited grievance that the petitioner has, this Court is of the opinion that ends of justice would meet if respondent No.2 & 3 are directed to look into the matter and take appropriate steps on the complaint that petitioner has made in respect of alleged encroachment made by respondent No.4.
3. Respondent No.2 & 3 are expected to conduct an enquiry and pass suitable orders in accordance with law at the earliest.
