Grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner by order dated 13/08/2019 has been transferred from Bhanvarpur, Tehsil Basna, District Mahasamund to Office of Collector, Land Record Branch, District Bastar. It is contended that wife of the petitioner is also working as Excise Constable at Mahasamund and according to the policy of the State husband and wife are normally to be kept at the same place, therefore transfer of the petitioner being against the policy of the State may be cancelled.

Perused the document. Document Annexure P-3 shows that wife of the petitioner is working as Excise Constable at Mahasamund. Further perused the policy of the State. Considering the facts of the case, it is directed that the petitioner shall make a representation with all the documents within a period of 15 days from today before the Grievance Redressal Committee. If such representation is filed, same may be
decided within a further period of 45 days. Till then the transfer order dated 13/08/2019 in respect of the petitioner shall not be given effect to. 3.
