1. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that his application under Section 126 of the Cr.P.C. which is pending consideration in the learned family Court, Ambikapur, Distt. Surguja since 20.02.2019 is directed to be expedite.

2. Be that as it may, the petitioner is at liberty to move an application for urgent hearing of his application under Section 126 of the Cr.P.C., that application for urgent hearing will be considered by learned Family Court and the hearing of the said application shall be expedited in accordance with law, if it is found expedient to be heard urgently by learned family Court.
