1. The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner was appointed as a contractual employee working under the National Health Mission and being a contractual employee he should not be transferred.
2. It is contended that the father of the petitioner is suffering from cancer and is dependent for the aid of ailment and treatment which are provided with the assistance of the petitioner. The transfer of the petitioner would cause an irreparable injury to his father. He made a reference to the different medical documents and the surgical oncology which shows that the father of
the petitioner is diagnosis with the Renal Cell Carcinoma Right.
3. Considering the medical documents of the father of the petitioner, the petitioner shall be at liberty to make a representation along with all the relevant documents of his father before the concerned respondent within three weeks from today and on such representation being filed, the said respondent shall decide the same within a further period of 60 days. Till then, the transfer order in respect of the petitioner shall not be given effect to, if it has not been carried out till date.
