By way of this petition preferred under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, the petitioner sought permission to obtain the certified copies of the court proceedings annexed in the earlier petition, i.e., CRMP No. 2133/2018 as Annexure A/1 containing pages 9 to 66, which was dismissed as withdrawn on 30.10.2018 with liberty to file a duly constituted revision before the Revisional Court.

Having considered the submissions of the counsel for the petitioner, I am inclined to permit counsel for the petitioner to obtain the same. Registry is directed to return the certified copies of the court proceedings containing pages 09 to 66 filed as Annexure A/1 in the earlier petition, i.e., CRMP 2133/2018 to the counsel for the petitioner as early as possible, after obtaining photocopy of the same.
