1. The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner has been transferred from Raipur to Mahasamund vide order dated 11.10.2019.

2. Learned Counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner was promoted on 27.12.2018 and was posted at Raipur. Subsequently again he was posted in Raipur Ward No. 1 to 70 vide oder dated 25.07.2019 to look after some of the ward like Kchna, Amasivani, Dumartarai, Sunda, Jora, Boriyakhurd, Devpuri. It is further contended that the petitioner was posted to Raipur for the reason that the petitioner was suffering with Brain Hemorrhage and Paralysis as per document Annexure P-4 and petitioner is left with only one and a half year of service, therefore, the petitioner as has been transferred by order dated 11.10.2019 from Raipur to Mahasamund may be cancelled.

3. Perused the documents. Considering the grievance raised by the petitioner, the petitioner is given liberty to file a representation before the Grievance Redressal Committee within 15 days from today. The representation so filed shall be decided by the Committee within further period of 45 days. Till the representation of the petitioner is decided, the transfer order of the petitioner shall not be given effect to.
