The present MCC has been filed on an office reference seeking modification in the order on which the writ petition was disposed of.

According to the office, the order passed by this court was 30.09.2019 whereas, inadvertently it has been got typed as 30.09.2018. The said error seems to be a typographical error on the part of the office of this court and therefore, a strong case is made out for allowing MCC.

Accordingly, the MCC stands allowed. The order passed in WPS No.7930 of 2019 stands modified to the extent that the date of disposal shall be read as "30.09.2019" instead of "30.09.2018" Registry is directed the place a copy of this order along with records of WPS No.7930 of 2019.
