Grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner initially by an order dated 23/08/2019 was transferred from Bhanupratapur to Bhagnadi Division, Rajnandgaon. The petitioner joined the place of posting. Thereafter, said order was modified by another order dated 23/08/2019 and the petitioner was posted to Kotamsar Range, Kanger Valley and the petitioner was relieved from Rajnandgaon. Subsequently, it is stated that the petitioner has again been transferred from Kotamsar Range, Kanger Valley to Range Office, Jagdalpur, Bastar Forest Division. It is contended that because of two earlier modification of the order, the petitioner if relieved and has joined and worked at Kotamsar Range, Kanger Valley it

would amount to frequent transfer within a short span of time. 2.

Perusal of the order would show that on 23/08/2019 the petitioner was transferred from Bhanupratapur to Bhagnadi Forest Division, Rajnandgaon wherein after his joining his order has been modified and thereafter he joined to the modified place of posting at Kotamsar Range, Kanger Valley and thereafter by impugned order dated 05/11/2019 again the petitioner has been transferred from Kotamsar Range, Kanger Valley to Range Office, Jagdalpur, Bastar Forest Division by the Chief Conservator of Forest. Considering the frequent transfer and the fact that the petitioner had joined at different place of posting within a short span of time, it is directed that the petitioner shall make a representation within a period of 15 days from today before the Grievance Redressal Committee. If such representation is filed, same may be decided within a further period of 45 days. Till then the transfer order dated 05/11/2019 (Annexure P-1) in respect of the petitioner shall not be given effect to. 3.
