The order (Annexure-C-1) has been complied with by passing an order in terms of the direction issued by this Court, however, the said order has been stayed by this Court in WPC No.1570/2017. 2.

In view of the interim order in WPC No.1570/2017 as also for the reason that the order (Annexure-C-1) has been complied with by passing necessary orders, no case for issuance of notice to the respondents is made out. Accordingly, the contempt petition is dismissed.
