Petitioner has been granted regular stage carriage permit for inter regional route Mandla to Raipur. However, the STA, Raipur has not counter signed the permit despite the application filed by the petitioner on 1.3.2019 vide Annexure P-2.

Considering the entire facts situation of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent no.2 to decide the petitioner's application for counter signature, expeditiously, preferably within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. 3.
