At the very outset, learned counsel appearing for the Petitioners as well as Respondent/State jointly submit that the facts and issues involved in the present writ petition are identical to that of Writ Petition (C) No. 3031 of 2019 and connected matters which have been disposed of by this Hon'ble Court on 22.11.2019. Thus, this petition is also sought to be disposed of in the same terms.

In view of the above submission, this petition stands disposed of in terms of the judgment dated 22.11.2019 passed in Writ Petition (C) No. 3031 of 2019 and other connected matters.
