1. The limited relief that the petitioner makes at this juncture is for an appropriate direction to the respondent No.3 to consider the representation which the petitioner shall make for correction of date of birth in his Class-8th Certificate issued to the petitioner way back in the year 2002.

2. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case or on the claim put forth by the petitioner, the present writ petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach respondent No.3 for deciding the representation of the petitioner seeking correction in his date of birth of Class-8th Certificate in accordance with Rules and Guidelines and Law governing the field.
