1. Heard.
2. The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner was absent for different reasons from 23.05.2017 to 22.12.2017 and in between the said period the medical documents were submitted. Subsequently, however when he joined his duty on 23.12.2017 and work till 28.02.2018 the salary in between period when he worked and the period when he was absent on medical grounds has not been released therefore he has made a representation for this to Respondent No. 3 that may be decided.
3. Considering the limited prayer made by the petitioner, the petitioner is given liberty to make a fresh representation to Respondent No.3 within three weeks from today the representation if so filed shall be decided
within a further period of 60 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
