1. This petition has not been brought against any particular order.

2. Learned counsel for petitioners submits that the petitioner in this case has filed a divorce petition against the respondent in which the respondent is ploying delaying tactics. Therefore, specific direction be issued for speedy disposal of the case.

3. After perusing the order sheet filed along with the petition, this petition is disposed off with a direction that the learned Judge of Family Court at Durg to conclude the trial in the case expeditiously preferably within a period of six months.
