HIGH COURT OF CHHATTISGARH, BILASPUR Order Sheet MCC No. 59 of 2019 The Oriental Insurance Company ltd. -Versus- Guddiram Netam & ors. 28/01/2019 Mr. Pankaj Agrawal, Counsel for the applicant. The present MCC has been filed seeking extension of time for depositing the cost as imposed by this Court in MCC No. 142 of 2018 on 23/02/18. The Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had earlier also deposited the cost amount, but he had misplaced the deposit receipt and now, he has again deposited the amount and has enclosed the deposit receipt, the copy of which is enclosed with the present MCC. He prays for the restoration of MAC No. 1598 of 2017 which got dismissed by virtue of peremptory order on 27/11/17 which was subsequently restored conditionally vide MCC No. 142 of 2018 decided on 23/02/18.

For the reasons assigned in the application and also taking into consideration the fact that the applicant has now deposited the cost amount before the concerned authority, the same may be taken on record and the miscellaneous appeal i.e. MAC No. 1598 of 2017 be restored to its original number to be decided on merit.
