1. The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner has retired on 12.01.2015 on account of obtaining voluntary retirement. It is stated that thereafter the petitioner has made several correspondence but no retiral dues has been paid on some pretext or other for want of some information or other, though the petitioner has appeared before Secretary, Pension Redressal Committee (Respondent No.2) many times.

2. Perused the document filed by the petitioner apparently it is not in dispute that the petitioner stand retired on 12.02.2015 ( Annexure P-1). Thereafter,

the documents would show that several notices were served and information were sought by different departments to settle the dues and it was in the year 2019, last hearing was given on 22.07.2019 by letter dated 16.07.2019 and till date it appears that retiral dues has not been settled and some information has been sought for from the parent department. Considering that the retirement of the petitioner has already been accepted in the year 2015, four years has been passed and retiral dues has not been settled and documents would show that certain correspondence has been made without any substantial payment, therefore, Respondent No. 2 is directed to decide the retiral dues of the petitioner within 60 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the entitlement of the petitioner shall be disbursed with immediately thereafter for his survival.
