(2) After hearing learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, I deem it appropriate to give one more opportunity to respondent authority to ensure the compliance of this Court's order dated 11.04.2018 passed in Writ Petition (C) No. 996 of 2018. (3) Petitioner may also make additional representation to respondent / competent authority and, in turn, authority concerned shall ensure the compliance of this Court's order dated 11.04.2018 in its letter and spirit.
