The present petition is against the cancellation of the membership of the respondent Society which is a Cooperative Society and the notice to this effect was served to the petitioner on 14.09.2018. 2.

Section 64 of the Chhattisgarh Co-operative Societies Act, 1960 takes within its ambit any dispute of the like nature which is touches the constitution, management and business etc. and any dispute arises qua the member also, the same may be referred to the Registrar Cooperative Societies. Being so, the alternative efficacious remedy is available, as such, the petition is dismissed as alternative remedy is available.
