The order passed by the Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Authority constituted under the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 is appealable under Section 74 of the Act, therefore, the writ petition is not maintainable. It is accordingly dismissed.
