1. The grievance of the petitioners in the present writ petition is that Usha Dewangan, daughter of petitioner No.1 & sister of petitioner No.2, was working as Assistant Grade- III in the office of respondent No.2. She died in harness on 11.03.2018. She was unmarried and in the service book the petitioners have been shown as her nominee. Subsequent to the death of the deceased employee, petitioners have been approaching the department for release of the death-cum-retrial dues like gratuity, provident fund and insurance etc., but the respondents have till date not processed the claim of the petitioners, hence, this petition.

2. Given the limited nature of dispute which the petitioners have raised in this petition, this Court does not intend to keep the

petition pending rather ends of justice would be served if the respondent No.2 is directed to decide the claim of the petitioners so far as, the dues which would be payable to the petitioners on the death of the deceased employee. Let this exercise be completed at the earliest preferably within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of the order of this Court. It shall be responsibility of the petitioners to approach and apprise the respondent No.2 so far as, the order passed by this Court.

3. With the aforesaid observation, this writ petition stands disposed off.
