Petitioners have called in question the legality and the validity of the order passed by the Nayab Tehsildar, Arang, District Raipur under Section 248 of the Chhattisgarh Land Revenue Code, 1959 (for short the Code, 1959). The order is appealable under Section 44 of the Code, 1959, therefore, the petitioners should avail the alternative remedy instead of moving these petitions. 2.
