This petition has been brought being aggrieved by the order dated 4.11.2019 passed by Tahsildar, Manendragarh, District-Koriya, Chhattisgarh.

It is submitted that the petitioners, who are non-applicants in the proceeding registered as No.3/2019-2020, have submitted written reply to the show cause notice given by the Tahsildar, mentioning that they are in possession of the disputed property and that they are also
Page No.2 having receipts of property tax, water tax etc. The learned Court without affording any opportunity to the petitioners for filing the documents has closed the case for orders, therefore, petitioners are aggrieved.

After considering on the submissions made by the counsel for petitioner, this petition is disposed off at the motion stage with a direction to the Court below concerned to afford one opportunity to the petitioners to produce documents in support of their case and then to proceed with the matter and to pass orders in accordance with law, if the order is not yet passed by the Tahsildar, Manendragarh.
