today in light of the decision rendered by this Court in the matter of Rakesh Shende v. State of Chhatisgarh & others1. (2) In view of the aforesaid submission, impugned order dated 15.10.2019 is liable to be and is hereby quashed. It is directed that petitioner's application for grant of parole will be considered and decided in accordance with law. (3) Copy of this order be sent to the District Magistrate, Raigarh for compliance and needful.
(4) In view of above, writ petition (Cr.) stands finally disposed of.
