03.01.2019 The present MCC has been filed seeking for correction/modification in the order dated 30.10.2018 passed by this Court in WPS No. 7201 of 2018. The modification sought for is in the cause title of the writ petition wherein the status of petitioner no.3 has been wrongly mentioned as Assistant Teacher (L.B.) in stead of Lecturer E (L.B.). Likewise, the name of petitioner no.4 has been typed as Tikaram Ram Kaur in stead of Tikam Ram Kaur. Counsel for the petitioner thus prayed for correction of the same. The said modification sought for is not opposed by the State counsel. Accordingly, the present MCC stands allowed. The order dated 30.10.2018 passed in WPS No. 7201 of 2018 stands modified to the extant that in the cause title of the writ petition the status of petitioner no.3 now shall be read as "Lecturer E (L.B.)" in stead of Assistant Teacher (L.B.). Likewise, the name of respondent no.4 shall be read as "Tikam Ram Kaur" in stead of Tikaram Ram Kaur.
