After arguing for sometime, the counsel for the petitioner submits that perusal of the record Annexure-P/5 shows that the petitioner has received certain amount as the debt-cum-terminal dues which the petitioner was entitled for. He submits that the said is not the actual figure which the petitioner was entitled for.

Given the facts that let the petitioner makes a detailed representation to the authority concerned in respect of her actual claim which she is entitled for along with all relevant details in respect of the payment due to the

petitioner and on such representation being made, respondent No.2 and respondent No.3, in turn, shall scrutinize the claim of the petitioner with the available records and pass an appropriate order at the earliest preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt of the representation. 3.
