1. The present MCC has been filed seeking for modification of the order dated 30.10.2018 in WPS No. 7169/2018. The modification sought is to the extent that in paragraph No.3 of the award, inadvertently the post mentioned has been reflected as "Sub-Engineer (Civil)" instead of "Assistant Engineer (Civil)".

2. Having heard the contentions put forth by the counsel for the applicant and the pleadings made in the MCC, this Court finds that a strong case for modification has been made out, accordingly the MCC stands allowed.

3. It is ordered that the order dated 30.10.2018 in WPS No. 7169/2018 in paragraph No.3 in line 2 in place of "Sub-Engineer (Civil)" it shall be read as "Assistant Engineer (Civil)".

4. Let a copy of this order be made part of the records of WPS No. 7169/2018.
