The present MCC has been filed seeking for modification of the order dated 12.11.2018 in WPS No. 7346/2018. The modification sought is to the extent that in paragraph No.3 of the award, inadvertently the post mentioned has been reflected as Sub-Engineer (Civil) instead of Assistant Engineer "

Having heard the contentions put forth by the counsel for the applicant and the pleadings made in the MCC, this Court finds that a strong case for modification has been made out, accordingly the MCC stands allowed.

It is ordered that the order dated 12.11.2018 in WPS No. 7346/2018 in paragraph No.3 in line 2 in place of Sub-Engineer (Civil) "
