1. Heard.

2. The petitioner contends that the petitioner by an order dated 27.02.2019 was directed to take charge of Government Primary School, Bagicha, District Jaspur and pursuant thereto she joined at Government Boys Primary School, Bagicha

and worked till July, 2019 i.e. till the order was canceled. The petitioner contends that the petitioner has not been paid the salary for near about 4 months from March, 2019 to July, 2019 despite the several letters have been given but the salary is not been released.

3. Considering the limited grievance of the petitioner and after perusal of the documents it shows that the petitioner has made a representation before the Block Education Officer. Taking into such fact, it is directed that the BEO shall decide the representation of the petitioner within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order and according to him the dues which are payable to the petitioner shall be released forthwith thereafter.
