1. The petitioner who is working as Supervisor in integrated Child Development Project, Bilaspur has been transferred to Integrated Child Development Project, Bhatgaon, Distt. Balaudabazar on administrative ground vide order dated 21.08.2019 (Annexure P-1) which is under challenge.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is 55 years of age and is seriously ill. Earlier due to ovary problem she had undergone operations twice in the year 2016 and 2018 and also undergone retina operation in her eyes at Shankar Netralaya Chennai and thereafter she is subjected to regular medical check ups at Apollo Hospital, Bilaspur for further treatment. It is further submitted that the petitioner is also suffering from frequent

effusion in knees. Learned counsel submits that a representation on medical ground has been filed before the Grievance Redressal Committee and the same is pending, therefore, considering the age and medical reports of the petitioner, her transfer may be cancelled.

3. A perusal of the documents would show that the petitioner has already made a representation to the Grievance Redressal Committee on the medical ground.

4. Considering the fact that the petitioner is a widow and representation has been filed on medical ground before the Committee which is pending consideration, this writ petition is disposed off with a direction that the petitioner shall file a fresh detailed representation before the Committee raising all her grievances within a period of 15 days from today and on such representation being filed, the same shall be considered and decided within a further period of 60 days.

5. If the transfer order has not yet been given effect to in respect of the petitioner, the same may not be acted upon till the representation is decided.
