Grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner by an order dated 13/08/2019 has been transferred from Public Health Engineering, Block Jagdalpur to Public Health Engineering, Block Bijapur and in the remark column it is mentioned that transfer has been made on the self request. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the remark column wrongly it has been mentioned and the petitioner has not made any application for transfer, therefore this factual aspect needs to be corrected.

Taking into such factual aspect which is raised by the petitioner, petitioner has not made any such application for transfer on his own accord and he has been transferred, therefore this factual aspect has to be corrected. Consequently, it is directed that the petitioner shall make a

representation within a period of 15 days from today before the Grievance Redressal Committee. If such representation is filed, same may be decided within a further period of 60 days. Till then the transfer order dated 13/08/2019 in respect of the petitioner shall not be given effect to if it has not been acted upon.
