1. Petitioner has preferred this writ petition seeking direction to the respondents to make payment of amount as the respondents have purchased paddy from the petitioner during the Paddy Procurement Season 2015-2016.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in WPC No. 1342/2014 'Chotelal and others Vs. State of Chhattisgarh and others', this Court had issued a direction to decide the representation filed by similarly placed persons. He would submit that the petitioner is also entitled for similar relief.

3. Considering the nature of dispute brought before this Court, it is deemed appropriate to dispose of the writ petition with direction that in the event petitioner prefers a representation before the respondent no.2 i.e. Collector, Bilaspur with an advance copy to the concerned

Society through which paddy was sold, the Collector, Bilaspur shall examine the matter through a senior officer and if the petitioner is found entitled to the amount which he is claiming in this writ petition, the concerned Society shall be issued instructions in this regard. Petitioner shall file representation within two weeks and thereafter the same may be disposed of within further period of four weeks. Sd/- (P. Sam Koshy) Judge Ved
