1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner who is a Teacher in Government Primary School Jawartara, Block Charama, has been transferred to Government Primary School Krigalmasapi, Block Koylibeda. It is contended that the wife of the petitioner is posted at Charama and as per the policy of the State Government, normally the husband & wife are posted at the same place and by such transfer, the petitioner has been transferred to Block Koylibeda, which is more than 100 km away.

2. Perusal of the transfer order would show that it is of 12.07.2019 and almost nearing four months have passed. Under the circumstances, I am

not inclined to interfere in such order. The petitioner may make a detailed representation to the respondent No.1, Secretary, Department of School Education, wherein entire detail may be canvassed and the Secretary thereafter may decide the same within a reasonable period of 90 days from the date of filing of representation.
