This appeal under Section 19 (1) of the Family Courts Act, 1984 is directed against the order passed by the Principal Judge, Family Court, Durg transferring the pending divorce suit between the parties to his own Court by withdrawing the same from the Court of 3rd Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Durg. 2.

The Principal Judge, Family Court, Durg is going to retire in February, 2020. If the appellant has any apprehension about the present Presiding Officer of the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Durg, the apprehension may not survive after the present

Presiding Officer retires. Therefore, the appeal is disposed of with direction that the pending suit shall be heard and decided by the new Principal Judge, Family Court, Durg, who will assume office from the 1st week of March, 2020.
