This is the fourth bail application for grant of anticipatory bail to the applicant. One of the earlier bail application has been decided on merits. The applicant has been arrested in connection with Crime No.158 of 2017, registered at Police Station - Kharsiya, Raigarh, District Raigarh, Chhattisgarh for the offences punishable under Sections 392, 396, 460 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the applicant restricts his arguments only to the extent that the time granted for completion of trial may be reduced as there are only six witnesses remaining to be examined. Learned State counsel has no objection.

According to the information given and looking to the number of witnesses remaining to be examined, I feel inclined to allow this prayer.

Accordingly, the anticipatory bail application is rejected. However, a direction is issued to the concerned trial Court to conclude the trial expeditiously within a period of three months.
