1. Heard.

The petitioner contends that by the impugned order dated 12.07.2019 the petitioner has been transferred from Government Primary School, Arand, Block Fingeshwar, District Gariyaband (C.G.) to Government Primary School, Goharpadar, Block Deobhog, District Gariyaband (C.G.) and earlier the petitioner was shown to have been transferred at on his own request subsequently by the impugned order the same was corrected and it was

mentioned on administrative grounds. The petitioner further contends that the petitioner is not a high paid employee and he has paid the fees of his daughter vide Annexure P-3 at Nawapara-Rajim and with the transfer of the petitioner there would be extreme financial hardship for the fact that the transfer has been made 300 km away. The petitioner further contends that he has been relieved from the present place of posting. The petitioner further contends that the petitioner has made a representation before the District Education Officer, Gariyaband, however, he may be given the opportunity to make afresh representation before the Grievance Redressal Committee to change the place of transfer.

Considering the facts of this case and the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner is given liberty to make afresh representation before the Grievance Redressal Committee within a period of three weeks from today canvasing all the grievance and may attach the document and on such representation being filed, the Committee shall decide the same at the earliest preferably within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of the representation.
