This is an Office Reference for modification/correction of an error that has crept in the date of the order passed in WP(Cr) No.176 of 2017 wherein the year was shown to be '2017' instead of '2018'. 2.

The aforesaid error appears to be typographical and needs to be modified/corrected. It is made clear that the year '2017' shown in the date be read as '2018' as the same was passed on '15.11.2018'. 3.

The Office Reference stands disposed of with modification in the order dated 15.11.2018 to the above extent. A copy of this order be placed on record of WPCR No.176 of 2017.
